I am definitely not one who supports the 60 dollar standard for games. I later regretted not getting the gold edition of H2 considering how much I loved it, and I feel the exact same would happen with this game.
I bought Hitman 2 standard originally, then Half-Life Alyx, and honestly it might just have been those two.

For a game I am very excited for, I think it's worth it for me personally (not money-wise, but hopefully I'll get my gameplay's worth). It's $89.99 so yeah with tax it's gonna be around or more than 100 bucks. Hopefully I still have some Epic Game Store coupons I never used, I'm not sure if they expire. I played the hell out of Hitman 2 especially and watched hours of video gameplay as well. Will I completely boycott them? No, I find no use in doing so. I bought World War Z when it came out, but other than that (not counting stuff from Fortnite when I used to play that), I haven't had any desire to buy anything exclusive from the Epic Store.
